LeadNugget provides an AI-powered B2B lead generation service. Customers describe their ideal prospects, and we mine publicly available business data to provide verified company and contact information.

2. Data We Collect From Customers

When you place an order, we collect:

• Your email address (to deliver results)
• Your lead criteria (industry, company size, location — to fulfill your order)
• Payment information (processed by Gumroad — we never see your card details)

3. How We Source Lead Data

LeadNugget mines data from publicly available sources including:

• Public company databases and business registries
• Professional networks (including LinkedIn public profiles)
• Company websites and published contact pages
• Domain registration records (WHOIS)

We only collect B2B professional contact information — company details and business contact data that is publicly available. We do not mine personal consumer data.

4. GDPR Compliance

LeadNugget processes data under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest). Our legitimate interest is providing B2B lead generation services to our customers. The data we process relates to business professionals in their professional capacity, not private individuals.

We apply the following safeguards:

• Only B2B professional contact data is collected
• Data is sourced from publicly available information
• For EU-specific requests, additional verification filters are applied
• Data subjects can request removal at any time (see Section 7)

5. Data Retention

Customer order data (email, criteria) is retained for order fulfillment and support purposes. Lead data delivered to customers is deleted from our systems within 30 days of delivery.
